We take our customers security and privacy very seriously and we accept your credit card details through a secure connection via PayPal. We will never share your contact and personal details with any unauthorised 3rd party.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars, PayPal will allow for you to make a payment in your own currency and automatically credit Happy Bikes in SGD.
Our products are fulfilled via Singapore national postal service Singpost. We offer competitive global shipping prices and free local shipping for Singapore based customers.
All accessories purchased with a bike automatically qualify for free global shipping.
Our products ship within 1 working day of placing your order, Singapore based customers will receive their tracked delivery within 1-3 working days and global customers normally within 7-10 days, if you would like it quicker, please contact us before placing your order and we can get an accurate shipping quotation, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online Orders and Refunds
We really hope you will be happy with your Happy Bike and accessories but in the event of damaged goods, wrong item delivered or you just change your mind, goods can be returned to us in ‘as new condition’ wrapped in the original packaging and showing no signs of use – and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please email our customer services team at email@example.com and we will help with the returns process, returns shipping to be covered by customer and a full refund of product costs upon satisfactory return of the products.
