Welcome to the Happy Bikes Shipping and Returns section.

We deliver worldwide and dispatch your bikes within 24 hours.

We work with a combination of courier services to deliver your parcels within Singapore and for overseas shipping we use Singpost . We will email you to let you know when your order is dispatched, usually next working day. For all deliveries we will include the parcel tracking number so you can keep updated with its progress.

If we change our mind can we return the bike?

We really hope you will be happy with your Happy Bike and accessories but in the event of damaged goods, wrong item delivered or you just change your mind, goods can be returned to us in ‘as new condition’ wrapped in the original packaging and showing no signs of use – and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Please email our customer services team at and we will help with the returns process, returns shipping to be covered by customer and a full refund of product costs upon satisfactory return of the products.
